Promoting Diversity and Inclusive Practice

The 7th Inclusive and Supportive Education Congress (ISEC) will be held at Queen’s University Belfast, on August 2-5, 2010. The Congress is for academics, practitioners and policy-makers with an interest in promoting inclusive education from all five continents of the globe.

The historic Queen’s University is situated in a charming, vibrant city quarter about 1km from Belfast’s thriving city centre. Now a popular tourist destination, Belfast has two major airports serving routes from throughout the UK and daily connections to more than 30 European destinations. The compact city is also well served by excellent rail and road links.


QUB is Approved Provider of Continuous Education Credits (CEU) for the Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified assistant Behaviour Analysts (BCaBA). Recertification is due in the 3rd year of the certification cycle and requires for BCaBA certificants, proof of completion of 24 hours of acceptable continuing education and for BCBA certificants, proof of completion of 36 hours of acceptable continuing education. One hour of continuing education must include at least 50 minutes of instruction during the hour in order to count as an acceptable hour. A list of approved presentations during the ISEC conference will be available soon. Cost for each ACE credit will be £5.00
