Full Conference Fees
Full conference fees - attendance at the Opening Ceremony on Monday 2 August, Civic Reception on Tuesday 3 August, Closing Ceremony on Thursday 5 August as well as participation in all sessions, tea/coffee breaks, lunches and conference materials.
En-suite Accommodation
Full conference fees with en-suite accommodation - three nights single en-suite accommodation, including cooked breakfast at Queen's University Elms Village. Check in Monday 2 August 2010, check-out Thursday 5 August 2010. This fee also includes transportation to and from Queen’s University each day of the conference.
Day Delegate Fees
Day delegate conference fees - attendance at all sessions, events, catering for the day(s) only and conference materials.

This policy relates to all aspects of the registration fees above. Where a cancellation is made in writing or by email a refund or credit note will be issued as per the following:
Cancellation received on or before 7 June 2010: 50% refund
Cancellation received after 7 June 2010: No refund
